Jett Speelman, born July 8, 1994 is a 201cm forward from Granville, Ohio that has played his second professional season 2018/19 with SC Rist Wedel (Germany-ProB). The 2017-18 season as a rookie he played with FSU Selfoss (Iceland-D1) playing 12 games averaging 22.9ppg, 8.0rpg, 1.5apg, FGP: 52.5%, 3PT: 44.2%, FT: 84.2%.

He started his basketball career at Newark Catholic and then played 35 games with Ashland (NCAA2) from 2013-2015. He then played at Denison (NCAA3) from 2015-2017 playing a total of 55 games and as a senior played 27 games averaging 18.3ppg, 6.0rpg, 1.1apg  

Leah Scott, born April 30, 1993 is a 6’1 lanky athletic forward, who is a smooth ball handler for a player with a 6’5 wingspan, with the ability to create her own shot and score baskets in bunches. She is explosive in the open court with moves to the basket, very efficient driving with either hand to the basket. Her confidant’s in her low post moves finishing, with either hand puts her on the free throw line continuously in games. Her consistent outside shot makes Leah “Lethal” and graceful with the ball in her hands as she average over 22ppg in Australia pro league. With her power and relentless rebounding abilities it allows her to average double figures rebounding in her pro career. On the defensive end she is a “King Cobra” her 6’1 lanky frame allows her to deflect passes and her competitive tough attitude makes her deadly on defense. 

Leah comes from a basketball family, her father is a legendary high school coach, her sister played collegiately, and her relatives also played pro ball over seas. Her basketball IQ makes her very effective late in the games with good basketball decisions. Leah is constantly in the gym, trying to improve her game coaches say “she is one of the hardest working humble players they have ever coached”. The past 2 seasons Leah has led her Australian team in scoring, rebounding, and assist, and did that with one of the prettiest smiles of all times.

Junior (2016-17): Started in five games and played in 33, averaging 20 minutes a game • Averaged 5.5 points and 4.2 rebounds a contest • Scored in double-figures in six games and led the team in rebounding four times • First off the bench in 12 games • Posted a season-best 16 points vs. Mercer (11/20) • Tallied 15 points, five rebounds and one assist against Coastal Georgia (11/14) • Had 11 points and 11 rebounds vs. Appalachian State (1/21).  

Before Georgia Southern: Averaged 11.7 points, 9.7 rebounds and 2.5 assists a game at Eastern Florida in 2015-16 • Started all 31 games and played 28.2 minutes a contest • Shot 46 percent from the field and earned a team-high 219 trips to the free-throw line • Named FCSAA all-state and first-team all-conference • Helped the Titans to a 27-5 overall record and a perfect 15-0 league mark • Eastern Florida made its second straight appearance in the NJCAA Division I national championship tournament  • Played in 28 games and started 11 at Akron in 2014-15 • Averaged 2.9 points and 1.6 rebounds in 9.7 minutes a game • shot 40 percent from the field.   

Prep: Guided Charlotte’s Olympic High School to a perfect 30-0 record and the 2013 North Carolina State 4A Championship • Olympic finished the season nationally ranked, including No. 5 by MaxPreps, No. 11 by USA Today and No. 23 by ESPN • Averaged 13.0 points and 8.0 rebounds per game as a senior • Named all-state class 4A and all-state all-classes • Was the District 9 Player of the Year • Earned 4A State Championship Most Outstanding Player honors • Selected for the NCHSAA East-West and Carolinas Classic NC vs. SC All-Star games • Averaged 19 points and nine boards as a junior • Earned second-team all-state honors in 2012 • Helped Olympic to a regional semifinals.
